Hello! I’m Rosalind Miller

I’m a professionally trained artist and graphic designer turned baker.

My baking career started when I decided to experiment with selling American-style cupcakes at a local market with my sister. Lucky for all of us, it was an immediate hit.

One thing led to another, and within a year I had left my university professorship to become a full-time cake maker.

Now I run one of the most popular bake shops in London. Our cakes and cupcakes are regularly featured in magazines, at high-society events all around the globe, and on the patisserie menu at the world-renowned Harrods luxury department store.

When do I access the courses and materials?

What if I have questions?

What if I already know how to bake? 

Your kitchen, your rules. Use any recipe you’d like, of course. My methods will still help you make beautiful cakes, every time. That said… what baker doesn’t like trying new things now and again? Baking should be fun! 

What makes this different from free tutorials on YouTube and other places?

Free videos online might show you one aspect of the cake-making process, but they can’t show you everything from start to finish, and you’re on your own to figure anything out. Your choices are to stitch together various videos teaching different techniques, sizes, and quantities, and just hope that with enough time and practice you might be able to come up with something that works… or to get a step-by-step process handed directly to you, with all the tools and recipes you’ll need, written guidance in addition to the videos, and a support community. Enrolling in a course like this allows you to proceed at your own pace without worry that you’re missing something. All the pieces go together, in order, using the same materials and terminology. Do I need any special skills to pull this off?
