How do I know?
Because I turned my fond childhood memories of cake-baking with my mum into a career that has earned accolades from around the globe. And I've taught thousands of students how to make their own amazing cakes and create lasting memories doing what they love.

I'm ROSALIND MILLER!
I’m a professionally trained Artist and Graphic Designer turned Baker, and Founder of Rosalind Miller Cakes.
My cake journey started when I decided to experiment with selling American-style cupcakes at a local London market with my sister. I named my cupcake stall after my mother, Peggy, who inspired my cake career. 
One thing led to another, and within a year I had left my university professorship to become a full-time cake maker. 

Now I run one of the most popular cake studios in London. Our cakes are regularly featured in magazines, at royal weddings all around the globe, and at the world-renowned Harrods luxury department store. 
My biggest career highlight moment came in 2023 when I had the honour of designing the official Coronation cake!

Do I need any special skills to pull this off?
No! That’s the thing…anyone can master it! You just need the right recipes and methods, which is where we come in. This course will work beautifully for beginning bakers all the way to experienced hobbyists who want to make a business with cakes. Kids will love getting in the kitchen to help, as well!

Do I need any special equipment for Rosalind’s Cake Lab? 
We highly recommend you use a few easy-to-find tools of the trade to make the process significantly easier, but as long as you have some cake tins you should be able to bake up a delicious and beautifully decorated cake. You’ll receive a list of recommended resources and discount codes from our partner shop should you wish to purchase something.
Will these recipes work over here in the States?
Yes! We’ve included a conversion guide to help you bake successfully in the US, even if we don’t use the exact same ingredients. You have nothing to worry about as long as you follow the included conversion charts. 
What happens after I enroll? How does this work?
Once you enroll, you’ll be emailed access to your course dashboard. Our courses are hosted on a website called Teachable. From there, you’ll be able to access the lessons, recipes, resource lists, and everything else that comes with the class. You can use any computer, smartphone, or tablet browser, and there’s also a Teachable app you can download if you’d like.

The course materials include videos and PDFs. You can go through each lesson at your own pace and keep track of your progress inside the dashboard. You’ll have unlimited access to the course, and there’s no time limit to finish.
When do I access the courses and materials?
Everything is ready for you. All you have to do is enroll, and then you’ll receive immediate and unlimited access to everything. 
What if I have questions?
You can post any question, any time, in our Facebook group, or bring them to Rosalind for the during Q&A calls. We’re here for you and you won’t be on your own. 
What makes this different from free tutorials on YouTube and other places?
Free videos online might show you one aspect of the cake-making process, but they don’t show you everything from start to finish, and you’re on your own to figure anything out. Your choices are to stitch together various videos teaching different techniques, sizes, and quantities, and just hope that with enough time and practice you might be able to come up with something that works… or to get a step-by-step process handed directly to you, with all the tools and recipes you’ll need, written guidance in addition to the videos, and a support community. Enrolling in a course like this allows you to proceed at your own pace without worry that you’re missing something. All the pieces go together, in order, using the same materials and terminology. The amount of time, materials, and mental bandwidth you save cannot be underestimated.

What if I already know how to bake? 
My recipes and methods will still help you make beautiful cakes, every time. The recipes themselves have been tested and perfected over 12+ years in the business, and have been proven consistent and reliable. We’ve served these same recipes at royal weddings all over the world, and they’re featured every day at Harrods. That said… what baker doesn’t like trying new things now and again? Cakes should be fun! 
Will Rosalind’s Cake Lab teach me how to make money with cakes?
This isn’t a business course, but you will come away with the skills and recipes to make the kinds of cakes we sell every day at both luxury and every-day prices. Once word gets out, you may be surprised how quickly your business builds itself! And I'll let you in on a secret...I do have another course to specifically to help you achieve this!
